Fyneo (“the App”) is developed and operated by Elias Antasena Helfand, based in Switzerland.

When you sign in using Google Sign‑In (all devices) or Apple Sign‑In (iOS), we may collect:

4. Data storage & security

Fyneo uses Firebase services (including Authentication and Firestore) to store and secure data. We use industry‑standard security measures; however, no method of storage is 100% secure.

Fyneo may show ads to free users using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and advertising data according to Google’s own privacy practices. Pro users are intended to have an ad‑free experience.

Fyneo does not store your credit card number. Payment processing and refunds are handled by Google or Apple.

You can delete your account in the App. When you delete your account, your stored data is permanently deleted from our Firestore database without a retention period.

Fyneo is not specifically targeted to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Fyneo is available worldwide. By using the App, you understand that data may be processed using secure cloud infrastructure that could be located outside your country of residence.
