These Terms govern your use of the Fyneo app. By using Fyneo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description
Fyneo is a personal finance tracking application that allows you to manually record and analyze financial data. Fyneo does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
2. Accounts
You sign in using Google Sign‑In (all devices) or Apple Sign‑In (iOS). You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device. You agree not to misuse the App or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Subscriptions & lifetime purchase
Fyneo may offer the following paid options:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
- One‑time lifetime purchase
Paid purchases are processed by the platform you use:
- Google Play Billing on Android
- Apple In‑App Purchases on iOS
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to the platform’s policies.
4. Free vs Pro
Free users may have access to limited features and may see advertisements. Pro users receive additional features and are intended to have an ad‑free experience. Available features may change over time.
5. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or exploit the App or its billing systems
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the App’s security or infrastructure
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or perfectly accurate in all calculations or insights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyneo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses arising from use of the App. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions and record‑keeping.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may delete your account at any time within the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
